LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE No. 11507 IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. In the Matter of the Estate of John Taggart, Deceased. F. MENTON George Holden, Anaheim city attorney, was second to District Attorney W. F. Menton in the primary balloting for that office. The two men will be on the ticket during the November election. Project to Survey County is Approved An $11,194 WPA project for an engineering survey of Orange county has been approved. The project will be designed to reestablish lost section corners, resurvey lines of old roads, monument county boundary lines and coordinate existing surveys. County Surveyor W. K. Hillyard will be in charge of the project, which will have headquarters in the surveyor's office. The county will contribute $3350 in supervision and equipment, and WPA will put out $11,194 for labor. The project will carry 10 men per day for a year, and will open September 6. Business Clinic Subject Chosen Subject of discussion for the first annual "Orange County Business Clinic" which will hold sometime in October will be the problem of transportation in southern California as it affects business in Orange county. Decision on the matter was reached last Thursday at a meeting of the presidents and secretaries of the various chambers of commerce of the county. The meeting was held in Anaheim. Date and location of the clinic will be announced following the next meeting of the group on September 15.
