Approximately 100 youngsters and Kiwanians were present. Charles Schutz was chairman of the day and presided during the program which opened with group singing led by Leon Wray. The remainder of the program, which featured the reading of poems and singing, was provided by the children. Youngsters taking part were Dally Figuerra, Raymond Weaver, Betty Jones, and Dale Moore. The finale of the program was the singing by the children of "Jingle Bells." It was the signal for the appearance of Santa Claus who presented each of the youngsters with a gift and candy. Books, toys and games were distributed. Tuesday's party was one of the biggest and best ever put on for the kiddies of Anaheim by the club, Kiwanians reported. City Employes Paid at Special Meeting The only business of general interest conducted by the Anaheim city council at its adjourned meeting last Tuesday evening was to pass the payroll, thereby providing more than $5500 to city employees before Christmas. The trustees also authorized several minor repair jobs on curbs throughout the city. A short discussion of the joint outfall sewer district's problems was also held, but no action taken.
