The subject of the Lesson-Sermon is "Sacrament" and these words of Jesus, as recorded by John, are the Golden Text: "In the world ye shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
Trust No. F-1080-H
WHEREAS, H. C. KIER and LIOLA E. KIER, husband and wife, by Deed of Trust, dated January 4, 1930, and recorded January 14, 1930, in Book 350, Page 33 of Official Records in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County, California, did grant and convey the property therein and hereinafter described to Bank of Italy National Trust and Savings Association, a banking association, as Trustee with power of sale, to secure, among other things, the payment of one promissory note and interest thereon according to the terms thereof, executed by H. C. Kier and Liola E. Kier, husband and wife, named in said Deed of Trust, and made payable to Anaheim Building and Loan Association, a corporation, named in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, said Anaheim Building and Loan Association, a corporation, being then the owner and holder of said note and Deed of Trust, did, in conformity with the terms and provisions thereof, elect to and did declare all sums secured by said Deed of Trust immediately due and payable and did demand that said Trustee sell the property granted and conveyed thereby to accomplish the objects of the trust therein expressed in accordance with the provisions therein set forth, and in conformity with the law in such cases made and provided, and did thereafter cause to be recorded on September 19, 1935, in Book 772, Page 451 of Official Records, in the Office of the Recorder of the above mentioned County, being the county in which said property is located a notice of breach and red in that the installment of principal and interest due on said note on December 1st, 1934, has not been paid; and
WHEREAS, THE SAVINGS, LOAN AND BUILDING ASSOCIATION OF ANAHEIM, owner and holder of said note heretofore demanded that said Trustee sell said property and on October 4th, 1935, duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County, in Book 777, page 426 of Official Records thereof, a notice of said default and of its election to cause said property to be sold and more than three months have now elapsed since the recordation of said notice.
