For Rummage Sale
At the meeting of St. Michael's auxiliary, recently, plans were completed for the rummage sale to be held tomorrow and Saturday at 181 West Center street.
Mrs. R. W. Balch, president of the auxiliary expressed her desire to make this sale the most outstanding one to date, from the point of attractive bargains. The rummage sale is an annual event arranged to sell used clothing and household articles at a nominal price to benefit those who can use them, as well as to benefit the church missionary funds.
The business meeting was brief, and was followed by a very interesting talk on the Book of Proverbs by Mrs. Thomas Jackson. Mrs. L. C. Vincent, who was hostess to the club at her home on South Citron street, closed the afternoon meeting with the serving of light refreshments.
The way the voters are putting their shoulders to the Constitution, it sure looks like the precious document is going to stand as is.
