The engineers in their survey have included every stream in the county, with a view to both flood control and conservation of water, as well as reclamation of sewage water for industrial and agricultural uses. Plans for dams are also included. In their study the engineers have also included the water which in time will be brought into the county from the Hoover Dam project in addition to which all of the water possible exists.
