He is in ill health, having been indisposed for several months past. He states the camp, which a year ago boasted a population of several thousand, as being quiet, but that mining prospects continue bright. He lost his cabin by fire some months ago, and shortly after arriving in the camp was severely burned by a gasoline explosion. He still retains valuable interests there, and contemplates returning after recovering his health. The partnership of H. Schwentker and J. B. Pierce in the real estate business has been dissolved. Mr. Schwentker desires to notify his friends that his office has been removed from the city hall building to 301 East Broadway, cor. Philadelphia, where he will continue in the same line of business.
