Jury Stood 6 to 6 Rafael Borrego had a 6-to-6 jury in the superior court last week, at his second trial on a charge of manslaughter, for killing Juan Orosco at Los Alamitos August 26th last. The jury were out 12 hours, and were discharged at 2 o'clock on Saturday morning. District Attorney Davis says Borrego will be tried again. The cholo was tried and found guilty of manslaughter some months ago and sentenced to ten years in state prison. He was never taken north, as his attorney filed papers on appeal, and the accused could not be taken north before service of the papers.
