Odd Fellows elected the following officers on Tuesday evening: W. P. Quarton, N. G.; N. F. Steadman, V. G.; A. E. Schumacher, secretary; O. P. Callor, treasurer. On the 14th inst. Theodose Bell, Grand Master of the state, will attend a meeting of the lodge and deliver an address. Mr. Bell was the democratic nominee for governor at the recent election. The Convict's Daughter One of the most entertaining and finely mounted plays of the season will be seen at Anaheim Opera-House, Tuesday, Dec. 11. "The Convict's Daughter" is possessed of a well-defined plot, a story interestingly and effectively told. The cast is all that could be desired, and all are well adapted to their respective parts. The scenic effects are good, and the prison scene in Act Four particularly thrilling. They must be seen to be appreciated, and those who fail to see them will certainly do themselves an injustice.
