INSTALLMENT CREDIT LAW Signed by Pat Brown SACRAMENTO (UP1)—Gov. Ed. and G. Brown has signed into w a bill regulating installment credit abuses. The measure, part of the govnor's legislative program, was authored by Assemblyman Jesse Unruh (D-Los Angeles), who said it was "the most important piece of economic legislation considered by the Legislature since the depression days."
