This action was taken by Superior Judge John Shea, who acted upon a request made by Kenneth Kincses. The man and his wife, Marlon, had filed a $100,000 wrongful death suit over the loss of their daughter, Loretta, at the Garden Park Hospital Nov. 27, 1957.
The girl was first treated by Dr. G. A. Woelfel for injuries received in an automobile accident and later by Dr. A. J. Wyatt for another complaint.

Fullerton PC Reaffirms Faith In Hillcrest Park
FULLERTON (OCNS) — For the third time, the Planning Commission has reaffirmed its belief that Hillcrest Park should be extended and tossed the Victor D. Smith property hassle back to the City Council.
The five-year-old problem came up after midnight Tuesday night as an unscheduled agenda item. Last week, the Council had tosee the matter back again to the Commission.
Planners reiterated their belief that the Smith property should be acquired for park purposes "By condemnation if necessary." Smith owns approximately 5.5 acres immediately north of the developed park land fronting on both Brea Blvd. and Harvard Ave., near the crest of the hill.
