Lusk, president of the building company. The building executive also stated that every home in the scenically landscaped community at East and Sycamore streets is now ready for immediate occupancy with early inspection by buyers urged for choice selection of available floor plans and stylings. All Eastwood Park residences are completely decorated and similarly priced at $12,750. Lusk said. Colored bathroom fixtures and ceramic tiling contribute immeasurably to the luxurious effect of interiors, he added. The dwellings are of three-bedroom variety though differing in center hall plan and exterior design. One bedroom in each home has been designed to make it instantly adaptable to use as a den. Heating is by forced air, automatically controlled, an air circulation fan being another feature. Each house has a wood-burning fireplace and a breakfast nook. Eastwood Park is easily reached by driving to Center street in Anaheim, then along Center to East street and north to the tract.
