Loeh, then the death of his father, Albert M. Loeh. This became known today when Leah M. Loeh, son of the principal officer of Robert Franka, brought the news of the death to Enclosed in the saloon of the guard room at Joliet. After advising Richard, James Loeh told Warren Whitman that no request that he be permitted to attend the funeral service would be made. Definite plans for the funeral had not been completed today, but it was expected the services will be strenuously private, only close friends and immediate members of the family being permitted to attend. Loeh's death did not come at a surprise to members of his family or his association. He had been in precautions health for two years, and this condition had been announced several months ago by another alimand diagnosed as angina pectoris. Three days before his son confessed the kidnapping and slaying of Robert Franka, Loeh was taken seriously ill and was emailed to the bed. He was not admitted of the confession for several days. The last time he saw his son was when Richard came into his bedroom to after him that he was being downstairs with a policeman. "I'm going downstairs with a policeman for a little while," he told his parent. "They want to question me about this Franka case. I'll be back in two or three hours." His father never saw him again. During the trying days of his son's trial the father was recounting at his Charlestown, Mich., estate and he gained strength so rapidly those that he returned so town shortly after the verdict. However, his old alimand returned and he canceled Poor Boys, Accused in Parallel! To Franks Case, Given 25 Years Not the gallows, per life imprisonment, but 25 years in prison were the authorities meted out to Nicholas Guide (Inft), 27, and Tony Denco, 30, after their conviction on the charge of murder in a Chicago court. Their crime and trial paralyzed that of Loeb and Ledgeld in many ways. Unlike the latter, who are in prison for life, Guide and Denco are your men's sons. BILLY WHISKERS BY FRANCES TODESO MONTGOMERY Not the gallows, nor life imprisonment, but 23 years in prison was the adjunct meted out to Nicholas Guide (left), 21, and Tong Denzan. He after their conviction on the charge of murder in a Chicago court. Their crime and trial paralyzed that of Loch and Leopold in many ways. Unlike the latter, who are in prison for his Guide and Denzan, poor men's sons. BILLY WHISKERS BY FRANCES TODSO MONTGOMERY Saturday Billy Whiskers lightened the driver of the train in which he was talking so that they went into the ditch. Billy will not hurt and had to first but grew curious in what had happened to the man. When he was apprehended where the car lay at the ditch unguarded, he new the man all known with mind, but staggering to his feet, the muddy water running off his hair and down his hands. The man had sustained his fall; otherwise he might have broken his neck as he fell head forward into the ditch after his encounter. Finding that the man was alter and Billy unhurt, Billy left him to his friend and ran back down the road they had just traveled, mourning to enter the city whose house and chimneys were probably seen about two miles ahead of him. By running find he was soon in the city, but he did not recognize a single landmark so he knew was in a part he had never visited before. If he only knew if what direction the studio list would be an easy matter to go to it, and from there to south Stubby and Button. But as it was now he was so confused he did not even know which was north and which was south, for it was a dark day and there was no gun to guide him. As he stood thinking all this some rough boys stinked their dog on him. And I pussed that at the end of hell an hour threw they had not, for and wore home with his trousers tom and a lime dog sniffing at his booth. Another appeared at lunchroom mining his arrear but for Billy chewed it up. The third boy and his dog were so missed up that they found to go home, knowing a whipping awailed them for that boy's mother was adicted to using a switch at the leung jupposition. After this scrap Billy was hungry and troubled down the innestable street looking for something to eat. At last he spotted a messenger with strings of smuggled on a third Wendy. He had just a brown came Drinking shop after him. Billy gave me to the string of smuggles and off the hook they came. Down the street Billy ran with them caught on his hurls the man still putting him. Billy was leaving the busier far behind when the man. "The best way for us to do," said Stubby, "is to go next to the sandia and hang around there until we find where they have shut him up." "To agree Button, 'I do think that would be the best plan.'" So the two of them grinned back to the middle Button running up a tree or traveling along the top of a fence when she saw a fourteen-year-old Stubby crawling under a stone to hide when he saw an eight-year-old Stubby he did not like. There was only one thing Stubby was afraid of and thus was the door teachers. They had rushed the studio and Stubby had crawled under the cake to get into the yard while Button gigged up a tree and jumped from one of its limbs in the high fence that enclosed the yard, and then to the ground Buck were constantly climbing toward the animal quarrels to see if Billy was there when without a bit of warning Stubby was crushed up in Nick's arms and Button in Stubby. "Well, you doggone little pup!" What for you go and run away from us very dry the big performance was to come off and they need you! You is going to teach it you in. As I have orders to shout you in a hurried or did-the-bump until you is wanted. You don't dirt now? Yes, Paddy heard, and he heart sank within him for he knew this meant that he would have to play his jungle in the show the movie people were then putting on. As for Button, he tried to scratch Snub but he held his four feet together so he could not screech or do a thing. This treatment made Button so angry that he vowed vengeance on Snub when he let him house. All the time Snub hold him thus he was talking to him and telling him what the movie people were going to do with him. "You hit, black cat, you! I'll fit you if you ever run away from me alone and make me lose my breakfast and lunchtime looking for you. Yes, and I'll duck you in huge strength if you didn't go on full performance as well homes. Until then the time coming to shout you up I won't am chomp that." (Your Stubby and Button did After this wrap Billy was hancry and trusted down the miserable street looking for someone to end. At last he sped a moped with strings of manhole on a third Wheel. He had just a brown came Driving him along shop after him. Billy gave it to the string of manhouses and off the bank they came. Down the street Billy ran with them caught on his horn; the men still pursuing him. Billy was burying the butcher far behind when the man called to a boy, "Stop that gun!" He is running away with my manages! The boy attempted to stop Billy but for his paws was bitten upon a tib of water. By this time the butcher and caught up to Billy and finished his brown to strike him when he stopped on the street of manhouses that was just slipping off Billy's home. This upset him and he went rushing off the sidewalk under a house. The horse happened to be mugging, but wolf up in a hurry and thinking it was his master killing him to tell him to start, ran down the stairs and upgam a man with a wheelhorn bus cleaning the street and frustrated an old lady on a crumple so that she sat right down and began to wave her umbrella and handling frantically and to call for help. (Let us hope the next story will sell us that Billy is away without frightening or bothering anyone else and that he got plenty to eat.) We left Billy trying to free himself from a long strick of manhouses that had caught on his home and to get away and find Stabby and Dutton. Pried from the manhouses, Billy ran faster than ever and turned down a street that led to a wall-crung crumbling. A thought trail was meeting slowly across the street when Billy asked a car with a door open and he made a sliding lock and lined in the cop gate and sound. When he looked down he saw the butcher standing by the track writing his brown frankly and calling out, "Now you wait until I catch you!" Billy liberated bank. "All right, I'll wait." Stabby and Dutton waisted all mind for Billy to go out. Then in the down begin to break and no Billy appeared they knew he had not been able to escape from the music people. When he let him loose. All the time Sabbah hold him thus he was talking to him and telling him what the movie people were going to do with him. "You sir, black cat, you! I'd fire you if you ever run away from me again and make me lose my breakfast and lunchoon lookin for you. Yes, and I'll dunk you in harpe strength if you don't go at your best performance as well comes. Idell Day when the time coming to about you we weren't I am eh open. Hear that?"
