The plan was adopted at the request of those who heard the one yesterday and each musical organization of the city will be invited to participate during the season. The concerts are open to the public and all are invited to enjoy a quiet hour on the roof garden. The numbers yesterday included two solos, "Hear My Prayers" and "Prayer Perfect," by Mrs. J. M. Hitchcock. A male quartet, composed of M. Eugene Durfee, first tenor; Homer Lewis, second tenor; Frank Montgomery, first bass, and G. H. Goodale, second bass, sang "Remember Me." W. R. Collis, of Fullerton, played the violin number, "Meditation" (George Mertyke), accompanied at the piano by Miss Grace Curtiss. Dr. H. H. Young sang a tenor solo, "The Publican" (Van de Water); the male quartet rendered ""The Little Church in the Wildwood," closing the program. The attendance was good and everyone was appreciative of the high quality of music. Anaheim has plenty of first-class talent and two treats, the enjoyment of excellent music and a visit to the beautiful new hostelry, are in store for those who care to pass Sunday afternoon so pleasantly. One Ton To The Acre? For a steady income, a pleasant place to live and a profitable investment there is nothing much better than a good walnut grove. Ten acres of big, 30-year old walnut trees producing on an average, for the last 4 years, about one ton to the acre is what we have to offer you. This beautiful grove is situated in the city limits of Santa Ana in the north-east section, where the soil is especially adapted to walnut growing and the location very desirable for a home. Have you the desire to live on a walnut grove? Picture the cool, green shade of the summer months and the sunny, silvery gray of the winter when the leaves are off and the sun comes through to warm you. And with all this beauty, peace and harmony an income. Such close-in groves become more valuable every day so if you contemplate ownership of more than a mere lot for your future home, investigate this property now. The new bill retains the basic admission quota of 2 per cent of the 1890 census and protects the treaty rights of all nations in that no restrictions are placed on those destring to come to the United States for business, commerce trade and pleasure. It retains, however, that feature prohibiting entrance for permanent residence of aliens (Japanese Chinese and Hindus) not eligible for citizenship. All work and no "jack" makes play a dull thing.
