ITIES WANT "BADGE BANDIT" LOS ANGELES, Feb. 14.—If Harry J. Dunlap, alleged much-wanted "badge bandit" is ever captured, a tri-city fight is expected to develop over who will try him for murder. Dunlap is now supposed to be in Eisenada, Mexico, and officers are enroute there, where, it is claimed, he is being kept under surveillance. Sacramento, Pasadena and Los Angeles all want the "badge bandit" who is believed to be responsible for 100 robberies, several attacks on women and two known murders. POLICEMAN SHOT LOS ANGELES, Feb. 14.—Police today scoured the southern section of the city for the two bandits who shot and wounded Officer Clare Walmsley in a gun battle at 7th and Main-sts, early today. The officer was shot thru the hand and twice in the left arm in attempting to wrest a gun from the holdup men. Walmsley was treated at the receiving hospital for his wounds.
