1 TRIAL DATE NOT SET The trial by jury in Judge French's court at Fullerton for Dr. J. M. Bulpitt, Santa Ana physician, arrested Jan. 10 on charges of reckless driving, exceeding the speed limit, abusive language and practicing in Fullerton without a license, has not yet been set, it was said today. Dr. Bulpitt appeared before Judge French entered pleas of not guilty to all four charges and demanded a trial by jury. The state medical association will investigate the charge of practicling without a license, it is said, with a view to defending the physician. Police say that Dr. Bulpitt was going about 50 miles an hour thru Fullerton and hold that this could not have been warranted by any call, since he was thereby endangering the lives of others. The other charges, it is said, would not have been booked against him had he not returned to argue the case and "swore at the officers," uding profane and abusive language in the presence of ladies, it is said. Dr. Bulpitt admits using "unscientific language," it is said, G: & L: LEASE G. AND L.
