Full size acres (not fractions), of good land almost adjoining Anaheim city limits, each acre with large frontage on gravelled road. Several hundred acres surrounding this land has been and is being leased for oil by a large Oklahoma company, with, as we are informed, a test well to be drilled within six months. A full size acre of land is an ample drill site and should this locality be proven the value of these tracts will enhance incalculably. For similar acres, much farther out, a price of twice or three times is being asked. We can deliver these at $1795.00 on terms of $200.00 per year for five years, with a small initial payment of only $295.00.
