Besides Jack Kearns and Jack Dempsey the Shelby fight really did some good for someone else. The someone is Patricia Salmon, singing comedienne who, attired in cowboy garb, entertained the sport correspondents during their sojourn in Shelby. When they returned to New York they whispered in Flo Ziegfeld's car and now Patricia is with the "Follies."
This neat walking suit is a conservative model combining a dark color with white horizontal lines. The skirt is a wrap around of rather narrow cut but can be unbuttoned so as to allow freedom of motion on a bike.

Yalama cloth fashions this smart suit which is one of the advanced fall styles approved by the National Cloak, Suit and Skirt Manufacturers' Association. Beaver is used for the standing collar and tabs on pockets. Covered buttons trim the wrap around skirt and fasten the coat, which is of medium length and side fastening.
ROSE TAFFETA EVENING GOWN
This quaint evening gown is of rose taffeta. The craped skirt features a bustle effect. The neck and armholes are outlined with silk rose buda.
ATTRACTIVE FROCK HINTS OF AUTUMN
The frock illustrated is an attractive one for early fall. It is made of tan duvetyn. The blouse is slipover style and fastens with small buttons. The sleeves are wide but have a tightly fitted wrist band which fastens with the buttons. The skirt is drawn over and draped on the left side.
