FULLERTON COUNCIL ATTEND "SUN FETE"
The regular meeting of Fullerton trustees last night was short and anappy. The trustees agreed to accept a body the invitation of the Merchants Assn. of Coronado to attend the meeting of the League of Municipalities and witness the total eclipse of the sun Sept. 10. Coronado is preparing a special entertainment called "The Fete of the Sun." A petition was presented to the board for the naming of a street between Cypress and Placentia ave., Woodward-ave. The petition was tabled.
Bids were opened for a booster pump to take water to the Sterns' tract. The bids were referred to the city engineer and Mr. Stern.
A business license ordinance was discussed, and a committee from the board composed of W. P. Coulier, mayor L.; P. Drake and R. A. Marrden was appointed to hold a meeting Saturday afternoon to work out the most feasible requirements to be embodied in such an ordinance.
The outfall sewer was discussed, doubt was expressed whether or not Anahela would have the line ready for Fullerton to "hook onto" this winter. Mayor Coulier said La Habra was wanting to connect with the outfall sewer line, but doubted possibility of tunnelling Bastauchurry hill.
Trustees agreed to meet today with the grammar school trustees to determine the location of the South Side grammar school.

The big swing has started well, everyone is talking Beverly Track today, soon the biggest building program ever started in the history of Anaheim will be in full progress by five of the most prominent builders of Orange County, and an entirely new city will be built where there was nothing but a walnut grove 6 months ago. Prices are at the very bottom level now, they will never be cheaper, and don't forget one block from Broadway, two from High School, two blocks from Five Points, Anaheim's new business center. There are grocery stores, butcher shops, drug stores, bakery tailor, millinery and dressmaker now, everything is new and beautiful and restricted, you simply must like it.
