0,000 ASKED IN SUIT OVER DEATH Damages of $26,000 are asked by Tie B. Emery, guardian ad litem, several minors, Louis E., Bertie and Lynn A. Emery in a suit filed against J. W. Davis. He suit was out of the death on June 11 of Bert M. Emery, son of the princial plaintiff and the main support her and his little brothers and ers, according to the complaint. Emery, who was 22 and lived in Habra, while riding a motorcycle dided with a car driven by Davis or the corner of Central-ave and Mirada-sts beyond Northam stan. William P. Webb, Jr., is principal insel for the plaintiffs. Emery on his deathbed blamed his for the accident, but a coron's jury called the collision accetual. In offering his resignation he requested the cabinet to call an election to determine his successor. Li Yuan Hung, it was stated, named the diplomatic representative he was "unable to freely perform his duties" while in Peking and therefore had left the capital. BOYS DIES AFTER BRIEF ILLNESS Billy Ward, 6-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Ward, 515 N. Los Angeles-st., died today about noon at the local sanitarium.
