THE ORANGE COUNTY PLAIN DEALER, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA Hheim Campaign Draws N TWELVE MONTHS AGO THE PLAIN DEALER INAUGURATED A BU TER PROSPERITY CAMPAIGN FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE INTER THE GREAT COUNTY WHICH IT SERVES. THE MYSTERIOUS COWBO ED TO STIMULATE INTEREST IN THIS CIVIC PROMOTION AND TH BUSINESS PEOPLE JOINED THE ARMY OF ADVANCEMENT. THIS M VERED FOR ONE MOMENT, ITS CHIEF OBJECT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED VERITY WHICH WAS SOUGHT IS HERE, THANKS TO THOSE PEOPLE, BELOW. GEORGE DUNTON—FORD LIEUTENANT (By The Mysterious Cowboy) EVERY HIGHWAY IS A "LINKOLN HIGHWAY" AND ALL ROADS LEAD TO GEORGE DUNTON HIGHWAY AND ALL ROADS LEAD TO GEORGE DUNTON AND THE FORD AND FORDSON George Dunton, in his beautiful business block in North Los Angeles street, can lay claim to an illustrious station in American business life. To begin with he represents some of American's most eminent products—the works of Mr. Henry Ford—the universal Ford, the distinguished Lincoln and the great Fordson tractor. Secondly, Mr. Dunton is a business man of vision and perspicuity, he is equal to his distinguished task and he has made a host of friends for himself since coming to Anaheim. George Dunton has been identified with the Ford interests for the past ten years. For six years he was connected with the Ford agency in the City of Los Angeles and four years ago it fell to his happy lot to come here and guide the Ford agency in Anaheim. I called upon him and saw, with admiration, the smooth and efficient system he uses in his business activities; I feasted upon the beauty and the dignity of his great show rooms; I saw his competent crew at work in their various capacities; I sensed other objects less familiar to the world at large. My eyes fell upon the Lincoln and I could not but help to associate the greatness and dignity of Abraham Lincoln himself with that of the automobile that bears his name. Since the very beginning the Lincoln automobile has taken a high price in the automotive world. Into it has gone the genius of the best builders and America is taking this worthy car to its heart as it never before admired an automotive thing. heim. I called upon him and saw, with admiration, the smooth and efficient system he uses in his business activities; I feasted upon the beauty and the dignity of his great show rooms; I saw his competent crew at work in their various capacities; I sensed the thoroughness of his every operation and finally I envied him for the usefulness of his life and the distinction of his rank in industry. No poor words of mine dare to tell of the greatness of the Ford automobile. The city, the countryside, the deserts, the isles of the sea, the jungles, the far north, aye—the earth, each day calls out to the world the supremacy, the indispensability of the universal Ford. And so I looked about for the Lincoln automobile has taken a high price in the automotive world. Into it has gone the genius of the best builders and America is taking this worthy car to its heart as it never before admired an automotive thing. Of course the Fordson tractor, the farmers' friend, is not to be and superiority. Look on the wall of Mr. Dunton's office you will see a map and that map will tell the story of the popularity of the Fordson in Orange County. And there is the big parts department and the large garage in the rear for service to the Ford products. It is a magnificent place; it is worthy of the things that are sold from its pretty quarters; it is the home of quality and universal usefulness and the personnel fit appropriately into the general scheme.
