The temperature is having its effect on tires that are not in condition and hundreds are preparing to go on camping or on long trips, James declares. One day this week no less than 25 cars were seen halted between Anaheim and Long Beach, changing tires, due principally to the warm weather, according to a report reaching James. Carpentter in Federal court granted the Klan an injunction restraining the publishers of Tolerance from publishing lists of Klan membership including a list of 12,200 alleged Indianapolis Klansmen.
