Leather Upholstery Is Most Economical
"Experienced motorists often prefer the genuine leather upholstery of the open cars to the fabric coverings used almost exclusively in enclosed models, so far as general utility and wear and tear are concerned," says the Hull-Witner Haynes Co., quoting a Los Angeles authority.
"The arrival here within the last few days of the first Haynes Model '77 sport suburban to reach the coast marks the advent of probably the first of this type of leather upholstered coupe among the larger cars in Los Angeles. The car, in addition to this feature, bears the marks of carefully thought out design and an attention to equipment detail seldom seen even in the most elaborately equipped sport type of car.

tinally is a dandy," said Paul D. Witner of the Hull-Witner Haynes Co., in showing off the car on its arrival at the sales plant of the distributing organization here. "The Haynes Company seems to be working overtime in working out the very latest in automobiles and equipment." The upholstery in brown Spanish leather, plain but mounted upon body-conforming springs of special design, is extremely comfortable and will stand all sorts of rough treatment. The body is mounted upon the standard Haynes '77 chassis with 132 inch wheel base, and the car is equipped with every luxury and convenience."
