BUYS BACK RANCH
HE SOLD YEAR AGO
Proving that ranch values in the Anaheim district are steadily advancing, W. B. Dunton has just re-puchased for $55,000 or $5,500 per
acre the ten-acre Valencia grove midway between Anaheim and Fullerton
which he sold about a year ago to E.
F. Pinfold for $50,000.
Mr. Dunton is considering the selling of a tier of homesites facing Spadra-rd. He believes that the highway between Anaheim and Fullerton will become more and more recognized as one of the finest residence boulevards in So. Calif.
