Last night she was presented with a new, modern five room house, the grand prize offered purchasers in the Lohman tract. Hans Larsen was presented with a lot. Rapid development of the tract is promised. Grading of streets started today and the permit has been issued for the first house. It will be erected by A. L. Drews. It is expected that houses will go up rapidly on 20 of the 48 lots. The lots were sold for $1800 with $600 down and the balance in two years. The sale probably established a record among local subdivides, the tract having been disposed of in 26 days, including two holidays and two weeks of rainy weather. The purchasers of the lots met at the First National Bank last evening.
