LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That on the 9th day of February, 1922, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim passed and adopted Resolution of Intention No. 157 to order:
First. That East North Street in said city from the westerly property line of North Orange Street, produced northerly across said East North Street, as shown on a map of Elk Park Extension, which said map is recorded in Book 12, of Maps, at Page 34, Tubeford Records of Orange County, California, to point two and one-half (2½) westly of the easterly property line of North Olive Street, produced northerly across said East North Street, as shown on a map of said Elk Park Extension, be closed up, vacated, and abandoned in part.
Second. That North Olive Street in said city from the southerly property line of East North Street, produced northerly across said North Olive Street, as shown on a map of Elk Park Extension, recorded in Book 12, at page 24 of Maps, records of Orange County, California, to the northerly property line of East Wilhelmina Street, produced northerly across said North Olive Street, as shown on a map of Elk Park Extension recorded in Book 12, of Maps, at Page 34, Records of Orange County, California, to a point two and one-half (2½) feet westly of the easterly property line of North Olive Street, produced southerly across said East Wilhelmina Street, as shown on a map of said Elk Park Extension, be closed up, vacated, and abandoned in part.
Third. That East Wilhelmina Street in said city from the westerly property line of North Orange Street, produced southerly across said East Wilhelmina Street, as shown on a map of Elk Park Extension recorded in Book 12, of Maps, at Page 34, Records of Orange County, California, to the northerly property line of East Wilhelmina Street, produced southerly across said East Wilhelmina Street, as shown on a map of said Elk Park Extension, be closed up, vacated, and abandoned in part.
Fourth. That the whole of North Sabina Street in said city from the southerly property line of East North Street, produced easterly across said North Sabina Street, as shown on a map of Elk Park Extension recorded in Book 12, of Maps, at Page 34, Records of Orange County, California, to the northerly property line of East Wilhelmina Street, produced easterly across said North Sabina Street, as shown on a map of said Elk Park Extension, be closed up, vacated, and abandoned in part.
Fifth. That the whole of North Pauline Street from the Southerly property line of East North Street, produced easterly across said North Pauline Street, as shown on a map of Elk Park Extension recorded in Book 12 of Maps, at Page 34, Records of Orange County, California to the northerly property line of East Wilhelmina Street, produced easterly across said North Pauline Street, as shown on a map of said Elk Park Extension, be closed up, vacated, and abandoned.
Sixth. That the whole of that certain 86-foot alley; extending northerly and southily through Block "A" of Elk Park. Extrusion, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12 of Maps, at Page 24. Records of Orange County.
