ALLEGES WIFE ERRS AFTER BREAK COMES Emil Stoffel, who separated from his wife, Reyes Stoffel, eight months ago and has just now filed suit for divorce, does not complain of their married life, but does call her to talk for an act that he alleges she committed December 19. Allowing for the time required to consult an attorney and prepare a complaint, Stoffel apparently wasted little time after the alleged "overt act," which he charges occurred at San Juan Capistrano last Monday.
