GENUINE SPOOK PARTY Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Gravelt entertained several friends Thursday evening with a Halloween masquerade party, at their home on North Pomona-avs. The house was decorated with all symbols of mystery in reference to Hollowen and when the "spooks" began arriving the transformation from a typical American home to that of real Spookland was complete. The guests entered a guessing contest as to the identity of the ghosts and the prize for guessing the greatest number of them was given to Mrs. Burgess, which was a dainty box of candy. Whist was the amusement feature for the remainder of the evening, high scores going to first, Mr. Wood; second, Todd's prize, Mrs. Deitrich and consolation, Mrs. Everett Gravelt. Refreshments were served later. The guest list included Messrs and Mes-dames Story, E. Gravett, Graves, Deit-rich, Burgess, Billingsly, Wood, and Mrs. Poore and Miss Helen Wood.
