NEWS OF FULLERTON
MEXICAN WITH RED HAIR, IS ARRESTED
There was a wonder in the court of Judge French this morning — a Mexican with red hair. He was said to have been a native of Mexico, his name being Jose Rodíguez. He was captured by Joe Murilla, deputy marshal of Fullerton, riding a Santa Fe train without having paid his fare. Joe said it was the first of his race he ever saw that was red-hued, and the court made the same assertion. The man was held in prison all night as a suspect, the marshal thinking that his hair had been dyed and that he was fleeing from some crime, but examination proved that the hair had not been dyed, but that it was its natural color. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, but sentence was suspended and he purchased his ticket to Los Angeles.

the last supper was unable to look upon Him or even stand before Him when He appeared in his glorified nature, and Rev. Blakeley asked: "If this saint of God was unable to stand before the glorified Master how do people today expect to be able to stand before Him, unless they are cleansed and purged of sin? If you can truthfully say that you are walking in all the light you have, and are seeking for more, and are willing to walk in it if it comes, regardless the cost to yourself, you may classify as being able to meet Him.
If there is one unforgiven sin in your life, if in one instance you have failed to measure up to what you know to be right, and have not sought and obtained forgiveness, you cannot qualify, and should be on your knees. If the righteous scarcely be saved where shall the sinner and the ungodly appear?"
The second chapter of Revelation, which is said to be the key to the book, will be taken up next Tuesday night, Rev. Blakeley announced today.
