BEFORE JUDGE THIRD TIME Even Jones was haled before Judge French this morning for the third time on a charge of getting drunk. On the former occasions he had been given jail sentences, the last one amounting to 180 days. He remained sober while he was in jail—but no longer. Each time when he got out he got drunk again. This time he was fined $10 and given a sentence of 90 days. He asked to be given another chance and he'd get out of town. The sentence was suspended on this condition. The judge declared it is a pity he loves his drink so well, for he is a good worker. ENTERTAINS AT BEACH Mrs. W. C. Whitlock entertained a dozen ladies at the beach apartments of Mrs. W. H.
