Here is your real opportunity
— COME —
You've Never Had Such a Chance Offered You Before
— Probably never before have you had a chance to share in Standard Oil money-making. Certainly no such opportunity as this was ever presented to you—a chance to buy an interest in one-sixth of all the oil this great company may produce on a fifty-acre tract.
— $250.00 gives you an interest in the one-sixth royalty from all Standard Oil production on fifty acres in Bolsa Chica, at the famous Huntington Beach oil field. You own the lot or lots you buy in fee simple, subject only to Standard Oil Company's lease. The land is yours and your heirs and assigns forever.
— This is the only property, to our knowledge, leased to the Standard Oil Company in Southern California on a royalty basis, that has ever been offered for sale to the public.
