BANKERS DINE AND DANCE
St. Ann's Inn, Santa Ana, will be the scene of one of the largest and most resplendent social affairs of the season this evening, when the bankers of Orange county and their ladies will dine and dance, marking the annual meeting of the Orange County Bankers' association when the election of new officers will be held.
Arrangements for about 350 have been made, and all the details of a successful party have been carefully looked after by the committee on arrangements, composed of the chairman, Mr. Emerson E. Vincent and his assistants, Messrs. E. B. Sprague, W. B. Williams, W. B. Tedford and John G. Mitchell.
The retiring officers are Mr. John Scott, president, of Placentia; Mr. Elmer L. Crawford, secretary, of Santa Ana; and J. R. Porter, treasurer, of Orange.
A special musical program has been arranged for the dinner hour, and Chapman's orchestra will furnish music for the dancing.
EBELL MUSIC SECTION MEETS
The Music section of the Ebell club met yesterday afternoon in the club rooms, Masonic temple. The subject for the afternoon was Cavalier de Rusticana, and the different selections from the opera were reproduced by records on the Brunswick phonograph.
A short synopsis of the opera was given with a study of the author, Mascagni.
Mrs. Harry L. Seares gave a reading, "The Legend of San Dalphine," and this was followed by current events by Mrs. Ruth L. Seitz.

PAIGE
The Most Beautiful Car in America
Master of the Highway
The world's stock car record for speed now belongs to Paige—and Paige alone.
When our "Daytona 6-66" model thundered down the beach at 102.8 miles per hour, it proved itself not only a marvelously fast car, but a superlatively good car.
Only giant strength and endurance could survive such a heroic test.
So these are qualities that you will find in any Paige 6-66.
We invite you to take one thorough demonstration behind the exclusive 6-66 motor and make a record of the tests.
Then ride in any other car—at any price—and compare the results.
