who had been guests in the home of
Mrs. Heiling's son, W. R. Heiling and
family, 211 N. Clementine-st., and had
been at Exeter for a visit have returned for a more extended visit
here before going to their homes.
J. O. Williams of N. Palm-st), who
recently went to Oakland on a business trip has returned home. He
made the trip in his auto intending
to be gone only a few days but was
detained by the heavy rains, his sojourn lengthening to two weeks. He reports a good trip and business thriving in the northern city.

OLINDA, March 31—Spl.)—Mrs. J. O. Conn has been in Fullerton for the past week taking care of her sister, Mrs. C. B. Wilson. Mrs. Wilson was very ill the first of the week but is improving slowly.
Word was received Sunday that Mrs. Frank Delby, who is now at Rivera, is improving.
Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Travers and family motored to Balboa Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dales and family motored to Los Angeles Sunday, where they met Mrs. Dales' mother, Mrs. Plyn and then motored to Huntington Beach.
Services were held at the churches here Sunday after a three-weeks' close because of diphtheria. It was hoped that Rev. and Mrs. Kent would be able to attend the services at the Methodist church but not having gained their strength as quickly as they hoped; they thot best not to attend.
Mrs. C. H. Willard is at the home or her daughter, Mrs. Conn, while she lives in Huntington Beach.
