HASN'T SOLD IT Fast and furious come the report of ranch sales. Some of the reports are bound to get twisted a bit. For instance, they have it all over town that Edgar Hartung, who recently purchased 20 acres on the Olive-rd for $68,000, had sold out for a profit of $14,000. The way ranch values are going up such a report in respect to this particular very desirable ranch might well be true but Hartung says there's nothing to it. "I didn't buy it to sell," says Hartung, "I bought it to keep." He adds: "It's a great life." Mr. Sparkes is a candidate to succeed himself. Mr. Goodale has moved into the Anaheim district and Archie Henry announces himself for High school trustee. Mr. Sparkes and Mr. Henry need no introduction to the citizens of Anaheim and vicinity as their past services upon the board is their recommendation and it is taken for granted that the Loara school district will have their usual representation upon the High school board.
