Those present, besides the guests of honor and host, were Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Reimsberg of Santa Ana, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Porter of Orange, Mr. and Mrs. Rollin C. The paving is on Garden Grove which is the extension of Anaheim of Long Beach. It lies between Los Angeles county line and Los Amitos paved road. This is the old-time road to Beach, which, however, of late has not been used as much and paved route through Seal Bay. When it is paved it will reduce distance from Anaheim to Long Beach by a mile and a half and will guide route that is not menaced by serious curves. HOSTESS TO CLUB Mrs. G. A. Gifford was hostess to the members of the Wednesday Association Bridge Club at her home on Citron-st. NEW PHONE RULING A new ruling effective last midnight with the Pacific Telephone & Telegraph company permits a person-to-person call for 15 cents between stations where the ten cent rate prevails. A person-to-person call may also be charged at the other end.
