NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
(1) INGE REALTY CO., a partnership is Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated November 5, 1962 executed by FLOYCE A. KUYKENDALL and JUANITA G. KUYKENDALL, husband and wife, as Trustor, to secure obligations in favor of INGE REALTY CO., a partnership, the partners of which are OLIVER V. INGE and ROBERT E. INGE as Beneficialary, recorded November 5, 1962 in Book 6386, Page 780 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Orange County, California, describing land therein as:
Lot 19 of tract 1452 as per map recorded in book 48 page 50 of miscellaneous image records of said County, said obligation including promissory note for the principle sum of THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED, FIFTY FIVE, & 17/100 ($3,755.17) Dollar.
(2) THE BENEFICIAL INTEREST under such deed and the obligations secured thereby have been transferred to the undersigned.
(3) A BREACH OF, and default in, the obligations for which such deed is security has occurred in that payment has not been made of the remaining principle sum in the amount of $3,692.21, plus interest est thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum, from January 1, 1964.
(4) REASON THEREOF, the unreasonable present beneficially under such deed, has executed and delivered to said Trustee a written DECLARATION OF DEFAULT AND DEMAND FOR SALE, and has deposited with said Trustee such deeds and all documents evidencing obligations secured thereby, and has declared and does hereby declare all securities thereby immediately due and payable and has elected and does hereby elect to cause the trust property to be sold to satisfy the obligations secured thereby.

ARMY PFC DAVID L. BOSWORTH, son of Mr. and Mrs. Curt N. Bosworth, 1157 Casa Grande, and other members of the 82d Airborne Division participated in Exercise QUICK KICK V, an inter-services training maneuver held at Camp Lejeune, N.C.
RONNIE W. BELL, seaman apprentice, USN, son of Mrs. Doris C. Reedy of 10621 Gilbert St., is serving aboard the attack aircraft carrier USS Bon Homme Richard operating in the Far East.
ARMY PFC JOHN C. ANDERSON, son of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Anderson, 911 Iroquois was assigned to the 7th Infantry Division in Korea. Anderson is a bridge specialist in Company D of the division's 13th Engineer Battalion. Anderson is a 1961 graduate of Anaheim High School.

French, Sr., of 2937 West Orange Ave., is serving on the staff of Anti-Submarine Warfare Group Five aboard the anti-engineman third class, USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Loyna Wilson of 134 Land Lane, as a guide for visiting school seniors and journalists during a one-day cruise off Diego, aboard the attack craft carrier USS Ranger.
He was chosen for his standing military appearance and thorough knowledge understanding of the operation and mission of Ranger.

SPECIALIST FOUR RUDOLPH W. BAUMGART, 22, whose wife, Julia, lives at 2818 W. Bridgeport Ave., and other members of the U.S. Army General Depot, a unit of the U.S. Army Communications Zone, Europe, provided support for Exercise DELAWAR ending April 15.
Specialist Baumgart's unit helped establish a tent city complete with snack bars and nightly movies for members of the 101st Airborne Division during the staging and deploying phase of the exercise in Adana, Turkey.
MIDSHIPMAN FIRST CLASS JAMES G. McWALTERS, son of Mr. and Mrs. John R. McWalters of 2323 Seville Ave., has been named by the Superintendent, U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md., as Regimental Supply Officer, in the 4,000 man Brigade of Midshipmen.
ARMY PFC JAMES R. STOW, 23, whose wife, Charlene, lives at 346 W. Malvern Ave., Fullerton, was assigned to the 576th Ordnance Company near Heilbronn, Germany.
