Mr. and Mrs. Alez Zarbock, 2013 W Faircrest Dr., a girl, 6 Marine Corp General Named Navy Occupation Service Medal, China Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal Since his retirement from the Marine Corps in November, 1959, General Yeaman has served as a senior engineer for Hughes Aircraft, Ground Systems Division in Fullerton. His military career with the Corps spans some 25 years during which he compiled a most distinguished service record. In addition to a Legion of Merit with Combat "V", General Yeaman holds three Distinguished Flying Crosses, two Bronze Stars, ten Air Medals, the Presidential Unit Citation with three stars, Army Distinguished Unit Citation, Organized Marine Corps Reserve Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with seven stars, World War II Victory Medal, Unitarian Leaders Install Ministers Participating in the evening installation service for the Rev. Wren Street, a Participating in the evening installation service for the Rev. Paul E. Killinger at the Unitarian Church of Orange County were leaders from the national denominational organization in Boston, the regional district in Pasadena, and prominent religious leaders from Los Angeles, Riverside and Costa Mesa. The Rev. Dana McLean Greeley, first president of the Unitarian Universalist Association, gave the installation sermon, "The Liberal Minister — A Vantage Ground Skill." Dr. Greeley was president of the American Unitarian Association before its merger with the Universalist Church of America in 1961, when he was elected president of the new joint association. Prior to holding these offices, Dr. Greeley spent 23 years as minister of Arlington Street Church in Boston. He was graduated from Harvard College in 1931, Harvard Divinity School in 1933, and holds honorary degrees from Meadville Theological School, St Lawrence University, Emerson College, Tufts University and Calvin Coolidge College. In addition to his denominational activities, Dr. Greeley, a leader in civic and educational affairs, served as President of the New England Citizen's Crime Commission, as a member of the Massachusetts Governor's Commission, for the study of capital punishment, and is a member of the boards of the New England United World Federalists, The Planned Parenthood Foundation, The Institute on Religion in an Age of Science, and several schools and colleges. Last October Dr. Greeley completed a round-the-world trip which saw him participating in church dedication ceremonies in the nation's newest states, Alaska and Hawaii. He also attended opening days of the Second Ecumenical Council at the Vatican, as an official observer. Stephen Hole Fritchman, minister of the First Unitarian Church in Los Angeles since 1948, gave opening words titled, "Why We Are Gathered Together". Mr. Fritchman was previously editor of the national Unitarian publication, "The Register", and before that was director of Unitarian Youth Activities in Boston. The Rev. Arthur W. Olsen, Executive Director of the Pacific Southwest District of the U.U.A., brought greetings from the denomination at the regional level. The District consists of over 35 churches and fellowships in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Rev. Olsen served Unitarian churches in Toledo, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona prior to accepting his present responsibilities. Also participating were the Rev. Philip A. Smith, recently installed minister of the Universalist Unitarian Church in Riverside, Rabbi Michael Roth from Temple Sharon in Costa Mesa and Board Chairman of the church, Garden Grove author, Maurice Ogden. Prior to the service, Board members, their wives and others from the congregation entertained the guests with a steak dinner. Following the service, a reception was held in the Church School, with ladies of the Women's Alliance and Hospitality Committee assisting. General Named Big Brothers Director Occupation Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal and the Korean Presidential Unit Citation. General Yeaman joins a group of more than forty prominent citizens from every geographical section of Orange County whose volunteer efforts guide the operation of the Big Brother organization in this area. The local Big Brothers group ranks as the fourth largest Big Brother agency in the nation, and last year provided counseling service to more than 400 fatherless boys in Orange County. It is supported exclusively through voluntary public contributions. Commonouth. Beginners are instructed from 7:30 to 9 p.m. and intermediate dance from 9 to 9 p.m. Each class fee is $15 couple for ten weeks.
