Ordinance No. 1574 and all the provisions thereof are hereby continued in effect for a period of sixty days commencing February 19, 1964. SECTION 2. This ordinance is enacted as an extension of a temporary interim ordinance pursuant to the provisions of Section 65806 of the Government Code of the State of California. The facts constituting the emergency are as set forth in Ordinance No. 1574. SECTION 3.
