The Giant Is Growing
California Federal Assets Now Exceed
$1 BILLION
The giant California Federal eagle, representing protection for savings and service to the community, grows stronger by the day. The assets of California Federal Savings have now passed $1 billion. It is the first and only federally-chartered savings association to join America's small group of billion-dollar firms; there are approximately 125.
Sharing a sincere pride and credit for the creation of a Billion-Dollar Giant are California Federal's more than 700 officers, directors, and personnel...400,000 savings customers in 50 states and over 100 foreign countries...and 100,000 home loan customers. It is California Federal's promise that millions of dollars each month will continue to be invested in Southern California's vital building industry. These dollars, flowing into your community, help stimulate the prosperous economy which you depend upon for a better job and a better life.
