Try ageratum if you need a plant that likes part shade. 2. Feed hibiscus with liquid fish or with an acid type fertilizer. Water them regularly to keep new growth coming on. 3. Mulch hydrangeas. They'll appreciate the moisture-saving mulch and you'll see how much more beautiful they can be with the proper water. 4. Pinch back newly planted annuals and you'll have sturdier plants, more bloom later on. 5. Cut delphiniums back to about eight inches after the first bloom. Feed and water them to encourage quick growth for the second round of bloom. Lincoln Ave., Downtown Anaheim, announces the expansion and complete remodeling of their store to better serve their wide range of customers. The new shop is a complete Ivy and Continental store geared to better serve the style conscious high school and college students of the Orange County area. The original store also has been remodeled and completely refurbished to complement Cotlers long-time executive clientele. Executive Shop In the Executive Shop Cotlers has expanded their custom tailoring service, as well as increased the selection of in-stock suits, sportcoats and slacks. A beautiful gift and toiletries bar has been added to aid the wives of Cotlers customers select gifts for those hard-to-please individuals. The decor for both shops is a blend of warm walnut, and rich whites and golds. It has been acclaimed by many experts to be one of the finest in the Southland. Modern arrangement and merchandising methods now allow the customer to shop in spacious, yet warm, surroundings, and able to touch and look closely at every piece of merchandise in the store. Persons leaving or owning property within the boundary of the Cleveland National Forest are reminded that County Ordinances require that they maintain at all times, a clearing of all inflammable material for a minimum of thirty feet around each structure on their property. Stevenson stated that all Cleveland Forest Fire Prevention Officers are currently inspecting all structures within the forest for compliance with County Ordinances. 2. Forest users must have a campfire permit before any type of fire is built or used within the national forest. Permits may be obtained at any U. S. Forest Service Ranger Station. Stevenson added that all Federal, State and County fire laws will be strictly enforced. He also stressed the need for all forest users to be careful with fire at all times, if we are to get through the critical times ahead without a disastrous fire.
