Center Street Work Starts
Parking and traffic have been altered in certain areas of Center St., between Los Angeles and East Sts., city officials reported this week.
The restricted parking and altered flow of traffic has resulted because of resurfacing of Center.
Parking in most areas is restricted only during working hours. The street has the same lanes open at all times. Officials said the work would be done on either Fridays or Mondays because of heavy traffic.

What this means is that parents should maintain a close watch over texts and subject matter the school districts are using.

Gazette "Understanding Sex" was available to many students.
What this means is that parents should maintain a close watch over texts and subject matter the school districts are using.
In this day and age when we are all moving rapidly, it's difficult chore to take time out to go over this with our children.
Some school officials feel because they may be experts in their field, parents don't have to be consulted on the subject matter used.
Speaking by recording to more than 28,000 Bankamericans, President S. Clark Beise declared that Giannini's ideas and ideals helped reshape the concepts of banking.
Although the world has changed since the bank was established in 1904, Beise said, the principles on which Giannini founded the bank are universal and unchanging and have remained the key to successful service of the public.
