Recipe for Communism
To the Editor:
Take a child, any size or age, and send him to any public tax-supported school.
Saturate liberally with tolerance and sociology and progressive education.
Integrate with group conformity. (Do not add individualism as this causes curdling.)
Baste continually with evolution.
Add "spice" to taste; espe-roll, gym shorts and community showers—(this is a versatile recipe—just add extra curricular ingredients as desired).
Knead in One-World Government, UNESCO, and physical examinations, without parents' knowledge or consent.
Stir well after each addition to the "Cume files."
Fold in 1 psychologist and 1 psychiatrist that have been mixed thoroughly with moral value inventory and SRA tests.
Place in baking dish and press down with homework until all semblance of home life or family activity is complete.
and send him to any public tax-supported school.
Saturate liberally with tolerance and sociology and progressive education.
Integrate with group conformity. (Do not add individualism as this causes curdling.)
Baste continually with evolution.
Add "spice" to taste; especially the Westminster sex-test variety. Beat until all fundamental training and conservatism are completely dissolved.
Mix with dancing, rock and

Looking Into the Future
A thoughtful man tries to look into the future in order to prepare for all eventualities. One of these is the need to make funeral arrangements. The wise head of a family will make such arrangements in advance, thereby saving his loved ones needless responsibility and possible financial burdens. Let us explain the simplicity of a before-need program. It costs no more to have the finest.

Cancer Crusade Underway
The American Cancer Society, currently in the midst of its largest fund raising and educational campaign, traces its origins back to the days when cancers were furtively hidden by their victims fearing distance, according to Dr. Bob Shuler Jr., Orange County Can-Crusade chairman.
He said, "One of the Society's greatest triumphs has been its success in bringing cancer out into the open and in giving away many of the fears which thrived on the accumulated ignorance of centuries before."
Through the years the impact of the ACS educational programs has been measurable, more than a million living Americans attest today to the fact that cancer can be cured, they were treated for cancer five or more years ago and have had no recurrence of the disease. Another 600,000 have survived their bouts with cancer and are headed toward the five-year mark at which time they also will be considered cured.
Dr. Shuler explained that the American Cancer Society evolved from the American Society for the Control of Cancer, which was formed in 1913 for the purpose of acquaintance with the facts about cancer.
He explained that in those days cancer was never discussed in polite society. It was whispered about, and often in a context of shame.
Today, survivors are showing their determination to avenge cancer by publicly urging friends to support the ACS work. Those who have conquered cancer no longer hesitate to step forward and tell their stories and act as ACS volunteers, hoping that others may benefit from their example.
Once again, last week your President forsook the high office of the Presidency and became an itinerant medicine man for and in behalf of Crest Tooth Paste, using your White House as the setting from whence the pitch for Crest tooth paste was made. I do not see how the President can run the risk of criticism for commercializing the White House.
He spoke recklessly the missile gap which peared on Inauguration Day. He belittled President Howard for so-called "brush ship," and yet since Jan. 2014 more brinkmanship has displayed by Stevenson and Kennedy than John Dulles could produce in time, but the left-wing does not exploit the saga The President down-grape foreign prestige, which...

and his family, unless he took a reading of the moral capacity of our people during the campaign and decided that they would stand for anything.
He spoke recklessly about the missile gap which disappeared on Inauguration Day. He belittled President Eisenhower for so-called "brinkmanship," and yet since January 20 more brinkmanship has been displayed by Stevenson, Rusk and Kennedy than John Foster Dulles could produce in a year's time, but the left-wing press does not exploit the situation. The President down-graded our foreign prestige, which I admit was sagging, but which today has sunk to an all-time low.
At least President DeGaulle came to Washington to talk to President Eisenhower. He now refuses to come to Washington and flatly says that if the President wants to talk to him he can come to Paris, so JFK is going to Paris where I am certain he will be told some of the facts of life with regard to meddling with the internal affairs of the allies upon whom we are going to have to depend for foreign bases.
With the advice and consent of the President, Mr. Stevenson has twice voted in the United Nations with Russia and its satellites and against our allies, Portugal, Holland and South Africa. One of the votes called for an inquiry into the internal affairs of Portugal, which is no business of the United Nations or of the United States. It led to demonstrations of crowds estimated in excess of 50,000 around the U.S. Embassy at Lisbon. Portugal owns the Azores which are strategic islands essential to our own security.
The U.S. Ambassador at the United Nations voted again with Russia to censor South Africa for the conduct of her internal affairs, and now sanctions against South Africa are being considered.
