Medical Association Opens Drive for Attracting Students
The Orange County Medical Association, with the help of Dr. Dallas D. Dornan and Dr. Marshall P. Stonestreet, both of Anaheim, and numerous hospitals and schools in the area, is sponsoring a program aimed at attracting some of the county's better students into medicine and other related health fields.
Dr. Fred M. Kau of Fullerton, chairman of the OCMA committee guiding the program, says the space age is demanding an increasing number of outstanding students for such fields as engineering, physics and mathematics.
Many schools already participating in the program are selecting groups of students who are believed to be of the caliber, both academic and otherwise, needed by such professions as medicine, the basic medical sciences, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and medical technology.
A doctor from the staff of each participating hospital works with the students, helping them to arrange programs which provide an insight into each of the fields.

When one car outsells all the rest the way this new Chevrolet is doing*—there's got to be a reason. And we can think of some pretty good ones. Plus the added advantage of extra-cost options like triple-turbine Turboglide.
But to sample all these reasons together, you have to get a Chevrolet out on the road. And there's where that Jet-smooth ride takes over with its own gentle kind of
