Interesting sections on the use of psychology in business and HOLIDAY SPORTS Events Listed Lloyd Trapp, superintendent of recreation of the Anaheim Park and Recreation Department, has announced that a Free Throw Tournament and a Two-Man Basketball Tournament are being held during the holidays. Both of the events are being held at the Brookhurst, Anaheim, Western and Orangeview gymn this week, continuing through Saturday, December 31. The Anaheim High School gym is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the other gyms from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. In the Free Tournament participants take 100 shots at the basket from the free throw line. Winners are decided on the highest number of successful attempts. Those wishing to enter the Two-Man Basketball Tournament will be signed up at one of the gyms. Play in this event will start the following week. This tournament is a single elimination affair. Anyone desiring additional information concerning the holiday sports program may obtain such by calling the Anaheim Park and Recreation Department, KE 5-4213. ARREST 30 PER DAY During 1953, members of the California Highway Patrol arrested 13,884 drivers who were under the influence of alcohol. This is an average of 1157 per month, or 87 per day. This is an increase of 6.0 per cent compared to the previous year.
