OPEN SUNDAY Camp time will soon be here for several thousand Anaheim area boys and girls from six to sixteen who will take part in a varied Anaheim YMCA camp program this summer, according to William E. Fricker, Y President. Y Camp Osceola, high in the Barton Flats area of the San Bernardino mountains, will provide five resident camp periods. Elementary school age boys nine years or over will attend July 2-9 and July 16-23 and both elementary and junior high boys will attend the August 13-20 camp. Anaheim girls, eight through twelfth grades this fall, will occupy June 25 to July 2 and Set among tall pines the camp is completely equipped with group cabins, a heated pool, activity and craft lodges and other facilities. A trained Y staff of directors and leaders will assume safety and character development at the modern camp. A family camp will convene over the Labor Day weekend, September 3-5. California Highway Patrolmen identified the children as Patrick Waltman, of Whittier, the driver, and Gisele Reis of 9612 Chanticleer Rd., Anaheim. According to the accident report, the children were playing around the vehicle parked in the driveway of the Reis home. Young Hit by Automobile Patrick got inside, apparently released the brake, and the car rolled, striking the girl, the highway patrol said.
