Muny Court Adds 2 New Divisions With Judge Claude M. Owens presiding, Anaheim-Fullerton Municipal Court, beset as in many areas with crowded dockets, is adding two new divisions. Division Three will be in the Law Building of Municipal Court, 1170 N. Los Angeles, and Division Four in the American Legion Building. Herbert Herlands and Warren Ferguson, each of Fullerton, are the new judges. In addition to Presiding Judge Owen, the fourth magistrate is Judge Mark V. Eliason. Warren Ashleigh is court clerk. Deadline Approaches for Disneyland Community Service Award Entries Orange County service organizations planning to participate in the 1959 Disneyland Community Service awards program are reminded only a short time remains before the Oct. 31 entry deadline by Walter Taylor, Anaheim civic leader and chairman of this year's Awards Committee. Taylor issued his reminded at a committee luncheon meeting at Disneyland. The meeting was called to consider the applications and entries already received, in this year's program and to review judging procedures. In his statement Taylor noted that Disneyland has expanded the scope of the program, now in its third year of operation. A total of 11 cash awards will be made in 1959. Awards Total $9,000 "This year awards to deserving organizations will total $9,000, with a major award of $2,000 to the group or club judged by the committee the 'Outstanding Community Service' organization operating in Orange County for the past year," Taylor said. An innovation in this year's awards will be special recognition of youth groups, with four awards of $250 each in the Junior category. To date, Taylor revealed in his report to the committee, "letters of intent" to enter the program have been received from-87 organizations. Judging of the entries will begin shortly after the Oct. 31 deadline. Awards will be made at a special luncheon on Nov. 24.
