Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of the City Clerk or the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim and shall be maintained during the life of the contract covering all employees on the project. The contractor will be available to all employees of subcontractors are protected by such insurance. Such insurance shall be furnished by companies satisfactory to the City and subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and sufficiency. The successful bidder and any subcontractor and contractors employed by him in the execution of the contract may work any part of the work of said public improvement will be required to use only such manufactured articles, materials and supplies as have been manufactured in the United States substantially all from articles, materials and supplied produced or manufactured, as the case may be, in the United States pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4200 to 4305, both inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of California.
