LEGAL NOTICE (Pub. Anaheim Gazette Apr. 16 and 22, 1959.) (6) NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the MAGNOLIA SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive bids to purchase Curra, Sidewalks, Gutters & Misc. Site Improvements up to 10:00 a.m. April 28 1959. In compliance with specifications on file at the office of said School District, P.O. Box 207, Anaheim, California. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond for an amount of not less than five (5) per cent of the total bid, made payable to the order of the Board of Trustees of said School District delivery. Bids shall be settled and marked Site Improvements at the Robert M. Pyles School "and" filed with the office of the Business Manager of the School District on or before Thursday, April 28, 1959, 10 a.m. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, to waive any informality or irregularity, and to sit and act as sole judge of the merit and qualifications of the material or equipment offered.
