Health and Welfare payments shall be made in accordance with the Southern California Master Labor Agreement.
All foremen, unless separately classified, shall be paid as provided in the May, 1958, revision of the A.G.C., B.C.A., H.B.L., E.G.C.A., A.P.I.-C.I.O., Southern California Master Labor Agreement.
Apprentices may be employed in conjunction with Section 1777.5 of the California Labor Code.
The rates per diem wages for each of the various classifications of work shall be the hereinbefore set forth prevailing rates of hourly wages multiplied by eight.Eight hours shall constitute a day's work.it being understood that in the event that workers are employed less than eight hours per day,the wage shall be that fraction of the per diem wage herein established that the number of hours of employment bears to eight hours.
The overtime rule establishing the rates of overtime and holiday work shall be in accordance with the following:Where a single shift is worked eight hours for continuous playment with a lunch periodshall constitute a day's work beginning on Monday and continuing through Friday each week.Where work is required in excess of eight hours in any one day or during the interval of time from 5:00 o'clock P.M.Friday and 12:00 o'clock midnight Saturday,such work shall be for either half-time or one-and-half times the basic rate of wages,and on Sundays and holidays such work shall be paid for at the minimum rate of double the basic rate of wages except an otherwise provided in the May,1958, revision of the A.G.C., B.C.A., H.B.L., E.G.C.A., A.P.I.-C.I.O., Southern California Master Labor Agreement.
Holidays as herein referred to shall be deemed to be New Year's Day,Decoration Day,Independence Day,Labor Day,Veteran's Day,Labor Day and Christmas Day.If any of the above mentioned holidays other than Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day falls on Sunday,the following Monday shall be considered a legal holiday.
It shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded and upon any subcontractor under him to pay not less than the said specified rates of wages,total contract,unless such time is exceeded by the City of Anaheim.
Each bid must specify the location of the mill,shortsifice of each subcontractor who performs services to the contractor in one construction of the work which will be done by subcontractor. If any bid subsults to specify a subcontractor affords,the contractor submits bid agrees to perform their bluntest.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful representation bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price of labor and material labor in an equal to 100% of the contract bonds to secure free safety or bond company shares.of the City Court as authorized by the City Attorney as to form sufficiency before acceptance.
Plans and specifications may be trailed from the Utilities Directive by the City Clerk of the City Of Anaheim.at the City Hall,Anaheim.Call for the sum of Five (15.00) Dollars if picked up at said offices,cum of Six (16.00) Dollars if formed by mail.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the City of Anaheim at the office of the City Clerk up to the hour of 1:00 o'clock PM on the 9th and 10th of April, 1959, and will be opened on said data at the hour of 2:00 o'clock PM. All plant, labor, services, materials and equipment, and all utilities and transportation, including power, fuel and water, and performing all work necessary to construct and complete in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings thereof on file in the office of the Utilities Director or the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, the following public improvement to wit: The designation construction and completion of a 12 KV Substation on property owned by the City of Anaheim on the west side of Gilbert Street, 700 feet south of Crecent Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, together with all apparent work, as indicated on the plans Work Order No. 2602, and will be labulated by the City Engineer in the result thereof reported to the City Council at its next regular or adjourned regular meeting for action thereon by said City Council.
PURSUANT TO the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has appointed the general prevailing laws in the locality in which this type of work is to be performed for each type of workman
rate of wages except as otherwise provided in the May, 1958, revision of the A.G.C., B.C.A., H.B.L., E.G.C.A., A.P.L.-C.I.O., Southern California Master Labor Agreement.

On the 9th day of April, 1859, at which time sealed proposals will be opened in public by the City Clerk and the City Engineer. Sealed proposals shall be submitted in order to be marked in the upper left hand corner "Sealed proposals for construction of a 12 KV Substation on Gilbert Street, south of Crecent Avenue, Work Order No. 2602," together with the name and address of the bidder. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder agrees to attend or participate inwardly to him and will be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses to enter into said contract after being requested to do so by the City of Anaheim.
