The Texas Forestry Association is building a museum to house ancient logging equipment, also early wood tools. The museum is in Stephen P. Austin College, Nacogdoeshue, Texas.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER II OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE DECLARATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND PARTS INTERFACE; ADOPTING A MAP GROWNING THE BOUNDARIES OF RAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED THEREIN; PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT OF MEMBERSHIP AND ENFORCEMENT; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING ALL SECTIONS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did herebefore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereafter mentioned and described and did fix a time and place for the holding of a public hearing therein in Article IX, Chapter II of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly hold and conduct public hearing to consider such proposed change or zone or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and did recommend a change or changes as set forth in Resolution No. 2185-56 of the City Planning Commission.
SECTION 1.
That Article IX: Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating the use of land, height of buildings and yard spaces adopting a map showing boundaries of said zone; defining the terms used in said Article and Chapter; providing for amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all sections or parts of section in conflict therewith," be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the boundaries of the sole property located on the south side of Romneya Drive between the Edison School property and Baxter Street.
Now is R-A. RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE, FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
Upon the following conditions:
(1) That appropriate R-A deed restrictions be placed of record by the owner or owners of subject property as required by the City of Anaheim and approved by the City Attorney.
(2) That the dwelling shall be erected on subject property shall be restrictive story in height.
(3) That the owner or owners of subject property deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 10 feet in depth along Romneya Drive and a strip 18 feet in depth along Baxter Street for future street widening purposes.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in a plan made by the city or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map and inserted in the Anaheim Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the管理局 this Ordinance and shall cause it to be printed once within fifteen days of publication.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereafter and described and did fix a time and place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly hold and conduct said public hearing to consider such proposed change or zone or zones, and did recommend a change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 218—Series 1956-56 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 24th day of July, 1856, at the time, and the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said proposal and change or changes of zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution Nos. 2295 and 4522 finding and determining that a change or changes of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAThe City Zoning Map shall be and the same is hereby amended and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map an amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map and inserted in the Anaheim Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from after its final passage it shall take effect and be followed by THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 25th day of November, 1858.

The owner of the property need to the City of Anaheim a strip land 6.25 feet in depth along South Los Angeles Street for future street widening purposes.
SECTION 2:
The City Zoning Map shall be, and name is hereby amended and the opposing described shall be excluded from the same used by the property owner when the property is developed.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the message of this Ordinance and shall use the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its option, in the Anaheim Gazette, newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in Old City, and thirty (30) days from its final passage it shall effect and be in force.
