REINES, as Executor of the above Estate will sell at private sale, to the highest bidder upon the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned and subject to confirmation by the said Su-prior Court, on or after 'the 18th day of December, 1958, at 10:00 A.M. of old day, at 12532 Woodland Lane, City of Green Grove, County of Orange State of California, all the right, title and interest of said deceased at the time of death and all the right, title and interest that the title of said deceased has acquired by operation of law or otherwise, other than or in addition to that of said deceased at the time of death, land, and to all that certain personal property described as follows, to wit:

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones harmlessly identified and described and did fix them and place for the holding of a public hearing theremon in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did publicly hold and conduct such public hearings consider such proposed change of zone and zone and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and did recommend a change or changes of zone as set forth in Resolution No. 260 Series 1957-58 of the City Planer commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 17th day of June, 1958, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a hearing upon said proposed change and change of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein their opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did receive evidence and determine that a change or changed zone should be made as set forth in said resolution.
